- Replace: chocolate, chips, candy, cookies, fries, donuts, etc…with healthier options, such as

🍉 smoothies
(occasional ice cream is okay, c'mon it’s spring )
- Drink more green tea 🍵
- Eat less white bread 🍞, cheese 🧀 & red meat 🥩
- Eat mor fruits 🍐, veggies 🥕 & berries 🍓

- cardio 5 x 30-60mins/week
- daily workout includes:

🌷donkey kicks
🌷leg lifts
🌷pillow squeeze
🌷obligue twists

🌷mountain climbers
(vary the amount of reps so your body doesn’t get used to these moves)
